For the personal care market, we are introducing a new complete packaging solution of bottle + cap: the 250 ml VAO model in PET and the 250 ml SILHUETTE bottle in HDPE associated with our new bi-colour NOVE cap.
The sleek design of the new VAO & SILHUETTE models is in perfect harmony with the associated NOVE cap, where the usual soft curves of our bottle ranges are replaced by a more geometric design with pronounced angles. The edges of the NOVE cap align with the bottles, creating a balanced ensemble.
Our new 250 ml VAO model is available in recyclable PET material, which can incorporate up to 100% recycled PET (RPET) whereas the new 250ml SIHUETTE model is made in HDPE.
Easy to handle, both products feature a large surface for branding, making it ideal for hygiene products such as shower gels or shampoos for the private label market.
The bottle and cap set is 100% recyclable.
BAY, new line of PET jars
NEW range designed for the hygiene-beauty and food markets, THE BAY LINE.
The design of this new line is intended to be timeless, with its cylindrical shape offering a large surface for branding. This line is developed with a 70SP400 screw neck, allowing for a wide opening.
Available in recyclable PET material, which can incorporate up to 100% recycled PET (RPET), our BAY range has been eco-designed in collaboration with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, which specializes in plastic injection.
To accessorize this new range, we are introducing a brand-new PP cap for a complete packaging solution with a reduced weight version: thus, the "Jar/Cap" combination is the most optimal possible, with a weight reduction of over 50% compared to our current equivalent wide-opening models.
Initially available in a 200 ml format, additional sizes from 100 ml to 300 ml are planned for the near future.
NEW YOGHURT CUP IN PET
INNOVATION FOR fresh food market: THE YOGHURT CUP MADE IN PET
In addition to our model YOGO 120 ml, we are expanding our range with the new KONIC 120 ml. Made in 100% recyclable PET and integrating up to 100% recycled PET , our cups are designed for the fresh food market and are proposing the transparency and the standard dimensions of yoghurt cups from the market.
The advantages of the use of PET raw material for this packaging:
- An unbreakable jar to ensure the safe handling when placing on the shelves and a security of use for the final consumer at home.
- The jar is 7 times lighter than the current glass model that makes it a lighter product to ship.
The yoghurt cup is offering the possibility to use PET seal which is making a mono-material set 100% recyclable.
ISIl, a discret line
we are proposing a new PET bottle "Isil”, meaning discrete in Basque, FOR HEALTH AND PERSONAL CARE MARKET.
This new development of bottles, available in PET and RPET, is also proposed in collaboration with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, specialising in plastic injection, in order to offer a complete packaging of botte + cap.
The design of new « Isil » range is meant to be discrete, with straight shoulders and cylindrical shape. The discretion of "Isil" range is located in its neck and cap, which are flat and thin.
The range is eco-designed in order to have a couple "Bottle/cap" with reduced weight of more than 15% compared to our current similar models.
Available in 200 ml and 250 ml, additional capacities are planed very soon.
