What is injection stretch blow molding in hot cycle or ISBM ?
This technology of PET transformation produces a hollow body by molding a preform then bi-oriented blowing. The bi-orientation improves the barrier and mechanical properties of jars and bottles.
Acti Pack has today more than 60 preforms to produce bottles and jars in PET from 10 ml to 5000 ml with various neck diameter from 13 mm to 110 mm to answer markets’ needs.
Our modern machinery including more than 44 injection stretch blow molding presses is equipped with robots, manipulators and leak testers.
Today Acti Pack is proposing new applications for its PET bottles and jars thanks to the ISBM Hot Fill technology associating dedicated machine and tool. This Hot Fill technology is improving PET packaging heat resistance at a maximum filling temperature of 85°C.
Then products with temperature constraints such as jam, sauce, or pasteurized products have new packing solutions in PET.
A new "Hot Fill" range is widening our offer: PET bottle Volcano is available in 500ml and adapted to filling temperature of 85°C maximum, maximum filling temperature that may vary according to filled products and process of filling and cooling.
Developed with standard neck screw 38 mm, "Volcano" is suiting several existing closures from the market, with or without valve, with sealing possibilities
Our sales teams remain at your disposal to study your different projects of PET packaging.
Our in-house R&D department dedicates itself to the quick and efficient design of standard and customized new packaging combining innovations and adaptation to your requirements. Equiped with CAO/DAO stations and 3D printer, we are modelling finished products and proposing prototypes and pre-series.
Our main strength: the synergy with our sister company Loire Plastic Industrie, will ensure you an easy way to develop a complete packaging solution including a PET jar or bottle and a closing solution adapted to your requirements.
